Party Bus will supply the service to the Hirer and the hirer will pay according to the terms of reference and any variations must be jointly agreed.
The Hirer has the responsibility to inform the party of dates, times ,venue and the terms and conditions.
A booking is made and a binding contract formed when Party Bus receives a Booking Form along with deposit and the booking subsequently confirmed.
The deposit is non refundable.
The deposit must be received by us 7 working days prior to the date of the event.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the date of the booking.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that a venue of their choice is accessible for the vehicle.
Hirer’s Responsibilities
1. The Hirer shall be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by any member of the hiring group if found to be malicious.
2. The Hirer will also be responsible for any malicious damage to the interior of the vehicle and fittings.
3. The Hirer will ensure that the group does not behave in such a way as to endanger the safety of others in the group.
4. No Smoking in the vehicle.
5. No animals are allowed in the vehicle at any time.
6. The Hirer must ensure that suitable clothing is worn by the group.
7. The Hirer must ensure that all necklaces, chains and any other jewellery is removed from all group members before playing on the Party Bus.
8. All outdoor footwear must be removed before entering the vehicle.
9. The Hirer must ensure there is adult supervision at all times.
10. The Hirer accepts that All children attending the party remain the legal responsibility of the Hirer.
Seller’s Responsibilities
1. Safety is of paramount importance and if any of our staff see members of the group jeopardizing our safety policy they will be entitled to remove them from the bus.
2. Anyone behaving in a careless or irresponsible manner will be asked to leave.
3. If incidents as in 1 Or 2 do occur it is the responsibility of the Hirer to arrange collection of the child (children) involved.
4. Partybus will not be responsible for the loss of valuables.
5. Members of the group are requested not to enter the vehicle until invited by the Seller.
General Conditions
1. The Seller‘s liability to the hirer (other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Sellers negligence) for any loss or damage of any Nature;-
(a) Arising from any breach of the conditions.
(b) Any negligence, breach of statutory or other duty on the part of the Seller.
(c) In any other way out of or in connection with the non-performance of (or purported non-performance of ) or failure to perform the services inaccordance with the Conditions .Any such liability will be limited to no more than the total cost of the booking.
2. Cancellation by the Hirer can only be accepted with the written consent of the Seller, subject to the Seller agreeing to the cancellation the following shall apply:-
(a) Cancelled more than 21 days before the booking date, the fee shall be returned less the deposit.
(b) Cancelled in less than 21 days before the booking date no fee will be returned only by mutual agreement with the Seller.
3. The contract is between the Seller and the Hirer as principles and cannot be assigned by the Hirer unless with the agreement of the Seller.
4. All conditions quoted form the whole agreement between the Seller and Hirer and cannot be varied in any way.
5. Where the Seller fails to fulfill their contractual obligations (except such default is due to Mechanical Failure, Act of God, War, Strike, Fire, Flood or Storm) any possible refund will be limited to no more than the total cost of the booking and by agreement with the Hirer.
6. These conditions are subject to British Law and the Hirer agrees to the jurisdiction of the British Courts in all matters regarding the services offered.
Complaints
Any complaints are taken very seriously and should be raised at the time of the event and if necessary by subsequent letter to :-
